Cancellation Policy
At Still-Point Massage and Wellness Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because this time is set aside specifically for your care, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
To help protect the schedule and support our therapist, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Late Cancellations: Canceling or rescheduling with less than 12 hours' notice will result in a fee equal to 75% of the reserved service cost.
No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will also be charged 75% of the service cost.
Card on File: To make booking easy and hold your spot, we require a valid credit card on file at the time of reservation. Any applicable late or no-show fees will be automatically charged to this card.
This policy helps ensure financial stability for our studio so we can continue providing high-quality care to our community.
